In order to secure your apartment, the applicable security deposit amount should be deposited with your application (fee $30). This deposit will be refunded upon vacancy (less carpet cleaning charges), depending on the condition in which the apartment is turned back over to us.

-Example-
For a 12 month lease on this apartment, a Security Deposit of $675 should be placed with the application (fee $30) to hold the apartment until move-in. After move-in, the monthly rent would be $675 (1 person) or $690 (2 persons). Additional person(s) up to 2 would increase by $15 per month.
