The above rates are monthly rental rates; water bill sent each month from office, reimbursable to Sycamore Place. Residents are responsible for electricity (Cinergy), land-line phone, if desired (Verizon) and/or Cable TV, if desired (Time Warner Cable) and high speed Internet (we recommend Joink.)

In order to secure your apartment, the applicable security deposit amount should be deposited with your application (fee $30). This deposit will be refunded upon vacancy (less carpet cleaning charges), depending on the condition in which the apartment is turned back over to us.

-Example-
For a 12 month lease on this apartment, a Security Deposit of $650 should be placed with the application (fee $30) to hold the apartment until move-in. After move-in, the monthly rent would be $650 (1 person) or $665 (2 persons). Additional person(s) up to 2 would increase by $15 per month.
